Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and changes are handled across our digital services and SaaS engagements.

1. Nature of our services

Vision Tech Partners provides digital services including software development, SaaS engineering, marketing, consultation, and custom solutions. Because these services involve dedicated time, expertise and third-party costs, refunds are handled in accordance with this policy and the relevant Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Project deposits and milestones

Deposits paid at the start of a project are non-refundable once work has begun, as they reserve capacity and cover initial discovery, planning and onboarding activities.

Milestone payments cover work completed up to that milestone. If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, fees are due for work performed in good faith up to the point of cancellation.

3. Cancellations by the client

You may cancel an engagement in writing at any time. You remain responsible for fees for services rendered, costs already committed (such as third-party licences), and any agreed wind-down period. Any unearned, pre-paid fees beyond those amounts will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Cancellations by us

If we cancel an engagement for reasons other than your material breach of the agreement, we will refund any pre-paid fees for work not yet performed.

5. Retainers and subscriptions

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Retainers may be cancelled with the notice period specified in the SOW (typically 30 days), at which point billing stops for the following period.

6. SaaS subscriptions (where applicable)

Where we offer subscription access to a SaaS product, fees are charged in advance for the subscription period and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by contacting support.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. We aim to address all billing concerns within 7 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.

8. Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.

9. How to request a refund

Refund requests must be made in writing by email and include your company name, project reference, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 7 business days.
