By accessing the visiontechcore.com website or engaging Vision Tech Partners ("Vision Tech Partners", "we", "us") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

We provide digital services including SaaS development, custom web and mobile development, marketing services, consultation, and bespoke custom solutions. Each engagement is governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) that defines scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.

All services are subject to a signed SOW or written acceptance of a proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is subject to a written change request and may incur additional fees.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement that is unlawful, unethical, or that we determine in good faith is outside our area of expertise.

Fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes. Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed in milestones and retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice (typically 14 days). Late payments may result in suspension of work and accrue reasonable interest as allowed by law.

We follow a structured process of discovery, design, build, and launch. Clients agree to provide timely access to required information, assets, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may extend timelines and impact fees.

Upon full payment of the relevant fees, ownership of final, accepted deliverables produced specifically for the client transfers to the client, excluding our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and methodologies, which remain our property.

Third-party assets, libraries and services remain governed by their respective licences. We retain the right to use general know-how, anonymised case studies and non-confidential learnings.

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during the engagement with reasonable care and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law or expressly authorised. A separate NDA may be signed where required.

We will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, services and deliverables are provided 'as is' without further warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the fees actually paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing with the notice period specified in the SOW (typically 14 days). Upon termination, the client is responsible for fees for work performed and reasonable wind-down costs. See our Refund Policy for additional details.

You agree not to use our website or services to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
